Anse Saimah Asghar serves as an Arabic instructor with the Ribaat Academic Institute. She holds a certificate in Islamic Counselling, accredited by the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB), as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Education. She received a Master’s degree in Arabic Translation and a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic and Development Studies from SOAS, University of London.
Anse Saimah is an educator and personality coach who has taught and delivered workshops in London, Kuwait, Bosnia and the United States. She also has produced programs for British Muslim TV and Maslaha’s ‘Muslim Girls Fence’ film, which premiered at the Tate Modern.
Saimah has been teaching Arabic with Ribaat since 2015.
